Q. What’s included in my rental?

rates include: unlimited mileage,
comprehensive insurance, (excess may apply
in some locations, click on what's included to
see country specific terms and conditions for your
chosen destination),
breakdown recovery, airport
surcharges, and tax(VAT). Except in Australia where the law
requires you to pay all taxes locally.
Fully Comprehensive Insurance (NO EXCESS)

USA, Canada, Austria, Malta, Greece, South Africa, Germany.

| Q. What documents will I need to
collect my hire vehicle?

A. When collecting your vehicle,
drivers must produce

The pre-paid car rental voucher (which has been
e-mailed to your email address)

A full valid driving licence
held for at least 2-3 years. An International Driving
Licence/Permit is only acceptable
as supplementary ID when accompanied with a valid
licence from your country of permanent residence. Drives
with
new UK style licence must have all sections (i.e photocard
and paper licence) with them.

A valid credit card in the
driver’s name.

| Q. What if my flight is delayed?
|
| A. If
you are collecting your hire vehicle at an airport. It
is essential that you
provide carrentabroad.com the correct flight number & arrival
time. This can be done online or by phone. These details
are given to our local car rental suppliers/partners so
they are aware of any flight delays. In the event that
your flight
is delayed, causing collection of the rental vehicle to
fall outside of office hours, additional charges may apply.

| Q. What if I need to cancel my car
rental booking?

| A. To cancel your car rental
booking simply inform us in writing with the pre-paid car
rental voucher returned to us. Cancellation charges will

| Q. Can I book one way rentals?
|
| A. One way rentals are available
in selected locations (may be subject to charges). Please
call our reservation department on 0871 52 00 233 for a quote.

| Q. Can I amend my booking?
|
| A. If
you wish to amend your car rental booking, please notify
us as soon as possible
by simply calling our reservation department on 0870 52
00 233. Amendments to a booking will be subject to a £10.00
administration fee.

|
| A. You can extend your car
rental days by simply calling our reservation department
on 0870 52 00 233 and we will do our best to accommodate
your needs.

| Q. What to do if I have an accident
with my car hire?
|
| A. In
the event of any accidents involving your vehicle, please
contact our local car rental
partner straight away. You will find the contact details
on your car rental agreement.
You should also notify the
local police and obtain a signed police report from
them. You should also obtain full details
of any third parties involved and retain copies of
all rental documentation in the event an insurance company
becomes involved.
Also you must complete an accident report form by the
end
of the rental period.
